Anna Mae Castilleja is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of healthcare experience. She practiced as a Registered Nurse for 24 years, gaining extensive clinical experience in emergency care and as a flight nurse before advancing her career as a Nurse Practitioner.
For the past 8 years, Anna Mae has practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a family medicine clinic, providing comprehensive, patient-centered care with a focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and individualized treatment plans.
She is dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care and building meaningful relationships with patients at every stage of life.

Gabriel Castilleja, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Gabriel Castilleja is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly 10 years of clinical experience practicing in internal medicine and cardiology settings. Since graduating with his Master of Science in Nursing in December 2015, he has provided comprehensive care in both inpatient and outpatient environments, focusing on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and personalized patient-centered treatment.
Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Gabriel spent over 12 years as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit at Laredo Medical Center, where he served in multiple clinical and leadership roles.
He is passionate about delivering high-quality, individualized care and building long-term relationships with his patients. Outside of the clinic, Gabriel enjoys cycling, outdoor activities, and spending time with his family.
